Cara Dodson Wellness intertwines occupational therapy & integrative nutrition health coaching. I realize that clients are searching for techniques & strategies to make lasting lifestyle changes. Focusing on empowerment through building bodily fundamentals dramatically increases results & personal success to achieve health goals.

BIO-INDIVIDUALITY

The concept that each of us has unique and individualized lifestyle & food needs is the concept of bio-individuality. Utilizing this concept, I’ll support you to make positive & healthy lifestyle modifications that are based on your personal needs, lifestyle preferences, and ancestral background.

PRIMARY FOOD

We often overlook other life factors that contribute to our nourishment, fulfillment, and optimal wellness – it’s more than just the food we eat that makes us healthy. This is what we call primary food. Healthy relationships, a satisfying career, consistent physical movement, and a sense of spiritual awareness are some of the essential forms of optimal nourishment. I will assist you in identifying which areas of life are out of balance and help you achieve balance in those areas to obtain your health goals.

HOLISTIC

I practice a holistic approach to health & wellness. I look into all areas of your life, whether it be your career, home cooking, environment, sleep, relationships, self-care, joy, finances, or nutrition. As we work together, we will explore & understand how all areas of your life affect your overall health & wellness.

MY MISSION & GOAL

It’s my mission to free as many individuals as possible from food obsession & help them restore their metabolisms, heal their relationship with their bodies & self, restore gut health & imbalances, and build energized & healthy bodies in a way that looks best for them, wherever they’re at in life.


My goal is to transform individuals into feeling vibrant, stronger, and being more of a fearless person, leader, parent, partner, or business owner.

I believe that food, nutrition & health are SO MUCH MORE than just filling your plate or cramming in exercise.

Rather, health is about establishing balance
in the ENTIRE body & environment.

Not only do we need to nourish our bodies & establish essential fundamentals to thrive, but we also need to nourish our
minds, spirits, and emotions.
